    Try going to the home page and searching for natural bb'ing... there's some articles written by some natural guys, pics included. Their size is what I'm shooting for; I am going the natural route for 2 reasons: 1. Steroids/creatine would feel like cheating to me, and 2. too expensive. lol. I actually don't even take supplements either... I just try to eat as much protein as possible.

    Mostly genetics.

    Look at most NFL football players. A lot of them are 5,11 and will weigh anywhere from 210 to 280. Linemen are bigger.

I just mean that to ME it would be cheating; I don't look down on people who use it or anything, I just like seeing my progress and gains without assistance from supps... and as for price, well, I honestly had no idea. :P But what I do know is that I'm in college, and extra money spent on supps and creatine is money lost!

    Creatine isn't technically cheating.

    However it does enhance performance.

    I gotcha brah, I was just givin ya a hard time. I'm in college myself and I don't take any supps besides whey either. Occasionally I'll cycle in some creatine but I haven't in several months. However, there are trace amounts of creatine in red meat, but I don't know how much effect that really has
