HIIT on a rowing machine works well. I have done it many times, i just usually run a longer interval 45-60 seconds because it just feels right to me. Great workout though! I highly recomend it.

Been fluctuating a bit. I am holding most of my previous losses though.
Back to cutting starting May! I went half way in 09 time to finnish the job!
Goal is to see my abs!, and to never go above 12% bf again!
