BAM got some progress pics!,
gained about 2 kilos and dropped BF a couple %, fail bulking , I have been logging my food consistantly for a couple months now and even at 5500cals and 500+g carb 350g protein I only tend to gain 250g a week if Im lucky, I have had a stomach bug for the last three weeks which has caused me to eat less than normal and a little more irregularly but I think Im over it now.
****ty cellphone cam but did enough for me to see progress.
Currently im hammering quad sweep as you can see I have REALLY high lateral insertions that makes them look tiny, that and chest, chest has come up alot though but still not where I want it to be in comparison to shoulders.
Can i get a BF estimate? You wont hear me say this often but its too low for my liking, im eating 5500cals a day FFS, some fat wouldnt go astray, but as long as I keep making muscle gains, Hey, who am I to complain?
I know I need to bring up chest, any other suggestion? Cheers guys.
EDIT: LOL Found some topless before pics, HOLY **** LOL, Damn I looked ****, they are cell pics of a normal pic lol sorry for quality.

Looks like your allready there and more man, nice chest. Yeah the chest is responding really well to my HIT and lower frequency so give it a few months and it will be up to par.
Its getting frustrating how slowly I gain mass but I guess at the end of the day cutting will be easy : S***PMC - Where Amazing Happens***

mate, we're almost spot on. you carry your weight very very well. doing great so far, as already mentioned chest is a weak point. rest is good!
i am on about approx 4900-5000 cals, 470 pro/530 carb/100g fat and gaining steadily, if my body fat doesn't get out of control probably looking at 115kgs till i finish. right now i am 108kgs and feeling a bit wheezy/not as fit as i used to be.
keep it up!
edit, apologies, should mention i have been bulking a similar amount, started of at about 94kgs~. was too scared to up calories for a while, until i kept upping and upping and eventually the gains came. strength also went up about 5-6 months in.
how long did it take to gain 16 kgs initially?Last edited by 8146; 01-15-2009 at 12:52 AM.

The first 14kgs came quickly withing 6months, the last 2-3 has been a battle, I think my metabolism has actually gotten quicker as my eating patterns improve (smaller more frequent) as im not getting the gains i was on a much looser diet I had before,
I need to man the **** up and bum to 5700-5900 I think but damn its tough haha, yeah I eat alot more fats than protein to make up the extra, i normally sit on 350pro 500+carbs and 150g fats, might up carbs and see how I go, it doesn't make sense to still be leaning out, I do like 40mins a week cardio lol.***PMC - Where Amazing Happens***

yeah, the metabolism definately goes up a gear and it gets harder and harder to keep gaining, as it becomes more efficienct at processing the food etc.
i think you can hit 5500~ and be comfortable. cardio ye, i still do it, but not at the intencity i used to (hence loss of fitness), only cardio these days is a game of basketball heh.
incredible 14kg gain in 6 months mate. (Y)road to success! - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=6054991
