I put an ad up at the gym but nobody called yet. I've been telling my men and women though Im a personal trainer and its my only job. Does this count?

Stay in the gym from open to close. Talk to as many people as possible. Work the floor. Give on the spot workouts. Then I would say you are a trainer.
