i need to know how many calories are in 2 fillet stakes the total weight would be 550grams for both i know there is 30 grams of protein but cant find anything about cals or carbs ? anyone know a site or can just tell me ?

If by fillets you mean tenderloin/filet mignon beef steaks as they are called in the USA, there are no carbs. For the 30g of protein there are about 8g of fat. That is for a 4 oz portion though, and 550 grams is about 20 oz, so multiply that by 5.Originally Posted by blazeftp
