no pain no gain age: 16 height: 5' 9" weight: 195 lbs bench max: 250 lbs squat max: 405 lbs deadlift max: 425 lbs powerclean max: 205 lbs
it usually depends, but i think about 72 hours before you train the SAME muscle group again.
