That pic has been proven fake several times. It's not real, just look at the wall in front of the squatter. I don't think in competitions you squat directly in front of walls
Also, check out www.snopes2.com They prove the picture to be a fake.

That happens to pigs and cows all the time from coughing to much and stuff like that. Its really bad when you have to stick a pigs head down in a barrel and poke that baby back in a sew it up.
