Id like to know if theres any side effects with the SUB-Q fat loss supplement?
Has anyone experienced anything with their heart? I tried hydroxycut yesterday and my heart was racing like crazy and was awake till 4am. Had hard time breathing abit aswell.
So as I don't want the heart thing happening again I'd appreciate if please someone could let me know about SUB-Q.
thanks

hydroxycut is crap and relies almost entirely on caffeine as its active ingredient. Granted, most fat loss products use caffeine to some extent, but rarely as heavily as Hydroxycut. A girl at work was talking to me about what to use, and bought hydroxycut max anyway. I looked at the label and it has like 300mg of caffeine per serving. Just absurd.
Sorry to go off on a tangent. Basically, take a look at some labels- many will tell you how much caffeine is in it. Most don't used nearly as much caffeine anymore.

My girl went through a couple bottles of sub-q and loved it. She's half your weight and it didnt tweak her out at full dosage, so you'd probably be ok. All depends how sensitive ya are to stims.

Ok so today when I woke up. Had a glass of protein shake with 1 caplet of the SUB-Q..did cardio for an hour..then took another caplet as I didnt get the same reaction as hydroxycut.
Do i just take sub-q once a day when i work out/cardio or is it like hydroxycut?i mean like hydroxycut u take 2before breakfast,2before lunch,2before supper.
thanks
p.s reason im asking is because i just have a few samples of the subq and not the actual box to read on it. trying it for 2more days and then ill get the actual thing if it suits me.

Sub Q Vs. Hydroxycut - female perspective
Sub Q: I took two tabs twice a day, once before breakfast and the second mid day. I find it to be very clean, I was jittery and in the evening I could still take C4 before my workout without my body and mind freaking out. I absolutely LOVED sub-q....I found that it gave a mental alertness that I never had before, I was never foggy while on it. I worked harder in my workouts and at my day time job as well. I also found that my muscles were more visible. As claimed, it is designed to retain your muscle while incinerating body fat, including subcutaneous fat, helping to make you look shredded. Which I found to be completely true.
Hyrdoxycut Hardcore Elite: Today is my first day trying it, I went to popeyes and they gave me sample packs. So far....I really dont like it, first off it is higher in caffeine. So when I took 2 tabs this morning I felt great, did a quick morning walk and started my work day off with a bang. Although, it feels clean and I'm not jittery, it has been 2.5 hours since I took it and I already feel my body crashing...I am tempted to take my second dosage of two already, which will ruin me for my evening workout.
I like buying from Popeyes here in Victoria, I love the people who work there and the owner always remembers his clients and appreciates them. I will buy everything from them, however, they do not sell Sub-Q anymore. If anyone is local in Victoria, BC and knows where to get Sub-Q please let me know! Otherwise, I will just make another BB.com order

I was taking this for 2 weeks. I started getting little bumps all over my body. Discontinued and the bumps continued. There is probably 20 all together going down the sides of my body.
I doubt it was the supplement, because this is unheard of before. I didn't introduce anything else different in my diet.
Headed to dermatologist tomorrow, but I really hope it wasn't the supplement as I found it to work almost instantly going from 159 to 154 in a week.
