    Waste of time IMO.

    Inaccurate, don't take into account any variables whatsoever (a lot don't anyway) such as age, height, weight, body fat percentage, RPE, climate, environment, ffmi... etc etc etc.

    There might be some good high end ones, but do you really wanna spend all that money and never truly know its accuracy? Not worth it IMO.

    Just find out your tdee and base everything off of that.
