Hi ladies!
I'm a beginner seeking advice about the best butt-sculpting exercises. Currently I am bulking and I'd like to take advantage of this by adding some more shape to my butt. Right now the only thing I do butt-related is squats, deadlifts, leg curls (machine) and leg press (if that counts).
I'm sure there are plenty of other exercises that can help me that I don't know of.
Any advice? Thanks!

Heeelooo and Welcome!
If you want more ideas for a workout check out my journal!
As for now...
Lunges: Same ol Same ol!
Crossover Lunges: Bring your leg across the middle of your body like you are crossing your legs then squat!
Squats: Really low and slow, they BURN!
Then turn your legs outward like a sumo, then squat. (Inner Thighs)
Lean up against the wall at a 90 Degree angle, then stay there for as long as you can hold it.
Thats all I can think of!

Good mornings
Plie squats
Stiff legged deadlifts
Step ups off a bench (I use my step as I don't have a bench, but add heavy weights)
Glute kickback (weight added)
Lunges of course, but you can experiment with different types to see what works bestOn a mini-cut, then onto maintenance mode for the summer.

I love doing step ups off of this high box that I had purchased several years ago from Ebay. It's a two part box; you can use them seperate or together. When they are together, I believe the box is around 24" high. I pair it up with a set of heavy dumbbells. Talk about a killer butt exercise!

lots of good stuff here.... i.e. lunges, step ups, deep squats, glute kick backs...
also try doing your cardio on a stepmill if your gym has one.... this is the one that has the rotating staircase, at least they used to be called stepmills, or gauntlets, not sure what they are called now.I do not sugar coat things, but you got in the condition you're in by "sugar coating."

before anything, make sure your brain and body know how to properly activate your glutes. If you've got glute inhibition, even the best routine will do nothing for your butt. I suggest you start your workout w/some floor bridges to induce some glute activation

Timing makes a difference too. I like doing sissy squats, hyperextensions, and/or SLDLs after doing my primary glute exercises (lunges/squats) to really burn them out.
I also do a variation on the walking lunge where I do reverse lunge repeaters... take a step forward, lunge. Then 3-5 lunges to the back standing in place. Take a step foward, lunge. Then 3-5 lunges to the back standing in place.
Also, the recumbent bike works the glutes nicely."You don't get big from eatin' Cheerios..."
