    new to the site

    hey just joined the site dont know if this is the right section for this,ive been training for the last 3 years and at the moment im traing for a powerlifting /strongman comp in my gym and this week has been my first proper week back training since i was sick for the last month,so ive lost abit of weight an size since i was sick so im curious any quick ways to get back to my normal size?ive been eating 6 good meals a day and i training proper?thanks

    ^ This. You could consume all your calories in 3 meals or in 15 meals 3500 calories is 3500 calories. But good luck with coming back after being sick that long man! Honestly there is no easy way, you are just going to have to bulk and work out hard.
