hey just joined the site dont know if this is the right section for this,ive been training for the last 3 years and at the moment im traing for a powerlifting /strongman comp in my gym and this week has been my first proper week back training since i was sick for the last month,so ive lost abit of weight an size since i was sick so im curious any quick ways to get back to my normal size?ive been eating 6 good meals a day and i training proper?thanks

The meal frequency is not as important as the number of calories. Eat as much food as you can. Drink milk. When is your competition?
