I know that your wrists can't get bigger, but how do you make them look bigger, or should I say what can you do to make the muscle near them grow?

Work on your forearms. Sure, your wrists will look even smaller in relation to them, but nobody will really notice if you have thick manly grips.
Exercises in order of effectiveness (imo):
- Thick bar deads
- Heavy pulls
- Wrist curls
- Reverse curls
and there's that ropey roller thing with the weight attached.

You can target the forearm with:
1. Heavy pulls.
2. Heavy hangs.
3. Heavy holds.
4. Direct work.
The little musculature around the actual wrist (flexors) will be worked effectively by the above.Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.

Note sure, possibly forearm exercises? That will work your wrists tendons a bit, I would think anyways.

For some reason, my right forearm is MUCH bigger than my left forearm.
Can somebody tell me why?

Can't increase the size of a joint... If you have scrawney wrists you will always have scrawney wrists. Sorry
