    Substituting Power Cleans/squat cleans in ws4sb3

    I wanted to learn the power clean and use it in west side for skinny bastards 3. Would it be best to add it to my max effort lower day?

    Maybe I could do squat cleans on that day so I am still working my legs. Am I missing any obvious problems with this here?
