i train everyday but different parts of the body. i work every muscle twice a week, usually every 3 days. my diet is spot on, i intake around 250-300g of protein a day, most of which is from chicken, tuna fish, peanut butter, and ground beef. i usually have 3 protein shakes a day, that's it.

i'm going to take 1 Novedex a night, if that's not good enough, i'll bump it up to 2. that's the max.
Activate Xtreme will be 1-2-1. 1 in the morning, 2 pre-workout, 1 before bed.
