I will tell you what, this is my first time at a gym when it is the new year, adn all I can say is damn. So many hot chubby girls there, I love me some chubby girls I will tell ya, there skin is softer, they have better shape to them, man O man. I couldnt believe my eyes. Damn I said DAAMMMNNNNN. But I am married so I couldnt talk to them or ask them to come home with me. Maybe in my younger days. One of my addiction problems is sex, sounds funny but it was a big problem. Almost lost my marraige over it. Now she knows I will look, but wont touch. Why did I just post this...lol

the gym was packed, mondays are terrible plus its all the newbs who made new years resolutions, uugghh....
So i felt ok starting out, a little weak then got some terrible stomach cramp (right side), like maybe i had too much liquid in me or strained too much on something. My right shoulder started feeling a little weird too, i just generally felt like **** today. I plowed thru though, probably still a little sore from chopping down trees and throwing small tree limbs around all afternoon yesterday.
Cardio was a bit weird, my heart rates were lower and i did a decent speed, seems like i am really building up my endurance for that. I gotta hit it hard the rest of the week, hopefully tomorrow is a better day.

Lasagna isnt SOOOOO bad. Put the Mickey D's down the garbage disposal. I have gone so long without fast food, my wife brought my son home a happy meal adn he said, here dad have a fry, I ate it and wentto the kitchen adn spit it out, it tasted like grease adn nasty, how did I ever eat fries. I never ate mcdonalds tho, Havent ate there in years.

Ditto and I'd just like to add...
you have to plan meals, or at least an idea of what you can and would like to eat.
Good things to have around:
chicken breast(boneless skinless - i buy the big packs when on sale so like $3.00 per lb)
Eggs ( I boil up 6 or more at a time and keep in fridge for quick protein)
Tuna
Oatmeal
Almonds
Bran (or other high sources of fibre)
Yams
Bananas
Other fruits and veggies but watch Glycemic Index values.
Yogurt
Egg substitute
Bread (highest in fibre you can find - should say whole wheat or whole grain).
A good protein powder chosen based on your program
This is just a general idea, it really depends on what program you want. Some restrict these things, others advocate them.
Go to the BB.com home page and click on Nutrition, there are tons of ideas and info there !Last edited by webgodess; 01-05-2009 at 08:12 PM.

I feel ****ing great. A healthy breakfast, a good leg workout and good music does wonders to jump start your day.
I know I still have a long way to go, but I just want to say thank you, to all of you, I know that if it werent for our little brotherhood (and sista hood!) that I wouldn't still be even trying. I'm going to do this, not just for me, but for all of us, we're in this together. I'm ****ing motivated!

It's Day 6 of 2009 and the Jan 1st Fat Loss challenge for those who are in it.
How's everyone doing today?
Out of six days, all have been on track for diet for all except for last night my nephews birthday party. I chose the smallest cupcake and stopped at one then went home and worked out. I did count the cupcake and dinner into my day so didn't go over my intake of 1300-1500 cals. Also did workouts 5 out of 6 days.
Hope you all have a great day !
Haha ! Funny you should say that, I'm now determined to not let you pass me because of your taunting posts ! Seeeeeee...posting here does workLast edited by webgodess; 01-06-2009 at 10:29 AM.

so im currently sitting around 302 and my overall goal weight is 250ish. mainly i want to get my bodyfat back down to about 12% ASAP then go from there.
I'm on the road to becoming my former self. One day at a time, one work out at a time, one wise diet choice at a time. I will get there.
