For 2009 I want to start off well and try to gain weight.
Basicily im 19, 5" 6" and 120lbs. Naturally skinny, eat more than most of my fat friends, ect ect.
I know its a broad question and I need to EAT EAT EAT but im just looking for pointers on a good workout routine, diet, and whatever else I need. Feel free to link me to articles and whatnot as well. Thanks
