    That is why I have never been open to westside stuff. I don't train at a gym and don't have 5K to go spend on all the equipment those guys train with.

    You don't need all the equipment to incorporate their methodology. Just a bar and some uprights minimum. I started with just a cheap used bar and a cheap used powerrack.

    Edit: actually I started at a commercial gym and dumped it for a cheap used bar and a cheap used powerrack.
