because the body just can't go through substrate that fast, and I feel no added benefit of taking it intra vs 5 mins pre and post.

you should post some comparison side by sides from your last comp prep if you got em haha. But looking great man, I've never followed a competition prep before, so I'm hoping to learn a few things, you do a good job giving details of what you're doing, which is the main reason I like your journal haha. Can't wiat to see the transformation
