Huge compliment coming from you man, and no failure here my friend. Moving forward ONLY
I normally do 1 scoop pw first thing in the morning, then 1 right before training, and 1 right after, and sometimes another...but I normally keep it to 3 scoops...I personally don't think megadosing aminos is a good idea...and I do get a noticeable difference in fatigue buffering with purple wraath vs w/o. I don't know if its the beta alanine, citrulline malate or just the aminos.
smells good doesn't it?
about to post em
things are a moving! glad to have you around

Batman got the wings rocking, and a lean frame. With plenty of time left you will be able to shed off the fat that you hold and really bring a nice package to the stage.
Just keep busting your tail bro. You have a lot of potential with the mass you have on your body right now. Keep plucking away.
Hard work + Dieting wins shows.. You have the time, now its up to your work ethic to win you this show.

I'm subbed, best of luck! From the pics, it looks like you have made lots of improvements in the offseason. Can't wait to see the end result. Since you are using Layne, I'm sure you will be shreaded.

that's the plan!
but do I look like I smell good...that is the question
no homo? why take the fun out of it?
Thanks for subbin chief! I'm planning on lines in my butt, stay tuned!
berto and nick are hard work embodied, its awesome to train with kindred spirits
because the body just can't go through substrate that fast, and I feel no added benefit of taking it intra vs 5 mins pre and post.
oh its already fun bro, I can't wait for the next set of progress pics, until then its just prs and hitting macros
those are actually air maxes....nick got them for berto...isn't that sweet...awwwww

you should post some comparison side by sides from your last comp prep if you got em haha. But looking great man, I've never followed a competition prep before, so I'm hoping to learn a few things, you do a good job giving details of what you're doing, which is the main reason I like your journal haha. Can't wiat to see the transformation
