Good Luck! If those profile pics from October are what you look like now, unless your legs are fat albert I dont know where that 15% is coming from, though it hardly matters, its just a number.
Hope you get your card!

Thanks man! and...it is just a number, personally, I'd rather overestimate my BF and be shredded than underestimate and be behind and kill myself and y muscle mass to come in sliced...but thank you....and I'm probably 2-3lbs more bodyfat from the october pics.

Can't wait for tomorrow, nick (young9) and alberto (father flex) are coming to train with me and my workout partner todd (toddbz), we'll throw some training pics and my 17, 23, and 28 weeks out pics up.

supplements
also, since I know this question will come up at some point, let me go into my supps.
Supps I'll be using throughout prep
Green Bulge
Purple Wraath
Generic low dose multi
on and off supps
Blue Gene
REDuction
Whey protein powder...maybe....not very filling lol
I am currently using REDuction...and I'm "cycling off" blue gene.
If anyone has questions about them just ask

Yeah man Ted.com is the ****, I saw Dan Dennet give a talk about consciousness and got hooked.
How is Yoga working out for you? I've thought about trying it, it seems like it might slightly improve quality of life via better breathing habits. If the difference isn't really noteworthy I don't want to spend hours a week on stretching though.
I can't wait to see tomorrow's workout.Lifting Log

Because I can only get a certain amount of supps from my sponsor at a time (which is still quite a generous amount), so although I wish I could, I can't get EVERY CL supp in existence at the same time. I was getting orange triad for a long time, but I decided to just buy a basic multi and some osteo flex so that I wouldnt have to come off of green bulge, blue gene and purple wraath, which I feel are the most effective for me.
The breathing habits from yoga are...ok...but really, I just got involved in it because it forces me to stretch more, which I need having had some injuries, and its very relaxing, and it helps me slow down, be mindfull and be at peace on a regular basis. And I get to spend more time with my wife because we do it together.
I'm sure if my wife and I had more free time, if I was more dilligent about stretching w/o going to yoga, and I hadn't been injured, I wouldn't be in the class. But because of all that, it really works in my situation.

perfect, by the time I've got shredded glutes I hope everybody posts their beard pics and we get FBI ghost posters in here thinking this is a thread full of al qaeda cell members disguising terrorist attacks using bodybuilding code words
I'll see what I can do...most of the time a tight lower back means you've got all the other muscles in that myofascial train that are tight, we work on your glutes, hammies and piriformis that will probably go away...
thanks bro! do you have a prep log on here? if so drop a link I'd love to follow your freakiness!
word.

Hey Q,
Are you doing anything out of the ordinary with supplementation? By this I mean megadosing, etc. I know PW is a great product. However, I thought that for the CM to effective for aenerobic work you need to have high doses. How do you dose, and when, etc. Like two scoops during cardio, lifting, whatever. Does it help with the lifting as well? I've been looknig at it for awhile and was just curious.
