My trainer Nic McLeod is trained by Chad nichols (sp) protige. Chad nichols has more olympias under his belt than any other trainer in the world. Well Chad nichols believes that Whole foods are way better than protien shakes, and it's true. So what Nic and I do is bring our food to the gym and eat immediatley after working out.
