Post stats as close to Jan. 1st that you can. Try to include the following categories:

I'll make a spreadsheet for reporting weekly/monthly updates.

I don't have any pics, but I'll get some.
I lift dumbbells at home, do push-ups and sit-ups.
30 minutes of stationary bike 3 times a week.
500 calorie deficit below maintenance, macro's about 35/35/30 (can be better).
I am taking a multi vitamin, fish oil, will begin animal cuts soon.

Finally. I would do it but no experience and much better of a worker bee.
Have you thought of a name yet? I would suggest the dirty dozen, maybe the 12th man.

3 month goal - drop 30 lbs. of body fat, be able to run 5 miles, 10 pull ups.

I have my sights set and I'm not going to stop until I reach my goal.
I quit smoking on Jan 01 of 2003 and haven't looked back...
I can do the same for my weight.

Diet: just trying to eat 'clean' plenty of fruit and veggies, etc.

3 month goal weight and BF%: 160 or under, lower than 15% plus 32" waist

No supplements
Go to gym atleast 3 times a week and do 30 -45 mins of weight training and same with cardio. aswell as doing boxing training with a punch bag however this will be when it gets set up which should be soon.
Generally eating clean.

I am into alot of sports; I am currently playing Hockey, Basketball and I swim occasionally. I will be playing 2-3 Hockey games per week. I will be going to the gym every day or every other day, I will also be on a strict diet. This is it, I am sick of the extra baggage! Lets DO THIS EVERYONE!

I'd like to be in as well. Will fit in well with my own goal time frame (March 14th ending).
-Age: 25
-Height: 5'11"
-Current weight: 320ish (will know tomorrow),
-BF%: plan to get a BOD POD test in mid January, last one was 39%
-Front and side pics: pics tomorrow
-3 month goal weight: 280 is reasonable for me
-BF%: 32%-33%
-Any information on diet, routine, supplements, etc.: Need to put a diet together. As time progresses and the body adjusts to getting back to the gym, routine will be put together and followed. Will start out with full body lifting 3 days a week with cardio 3-5 days to begin and then up it shortly after.

I won't be checking this thread until tomorrow, the next 6 people that would like to join will be accepted. I think 20 people is enough for each team to manage.
I'll have the team spreadsheet up tomorrow also.
I would say post info weekly, pics monthly.
Anyone can post as many updates as they want, but a minimum would be monthly updates.
