162.8 finally some actual clear proof of progress. Lifted like a gorilla and ate spot on except for some chocolate at my grandmas :P
Next step after this contest 10% bf or lower. After that the next step is getting wimmenz.

I must have lost some muscle this week, because I dropped too much weight. I weighed in at 215 lbs the last 2 days, I was 219 last week...

Well, only 4 people posted weights this week, but between the last 2 weeks, we still have a good sized team.

I'm super busy this week, haven't had much time to do spreadsheet updates, but I'm still in it.

162.2 dissapointing, but im sure that ive lost a good ammount of fat in the past two weeks.

Also it looks like its only us four left in the team :/ oh well. Keep up the good work team not long left now.

This contest has started to change my life I hope it has yours aswell.

Last week, I must have been very dehydrated on Sunday/Monday when I weighed 215. I was probably around 218. This week was a wash, I'll be hitting the gym a few times this week, hopefully hit 215 for real, for the end of the contest.

I'll update the spreadsheets today.

Hope everyone has a great LAST WEEK of the contest. Thanks for everyone's support on the team, keep the progress going, don't stop.

275 yesterday...must have been dehydrated earlier in the week...hoping to hit 270 by the end of the week but doubt that will happen.

Will post my final weight Friday as I am leaving for Mexico on Sunday.

sorry for the late update i was out of town sunday and monday. well no change still sitting at 172 lbs. but i lifted a **** ton of weights last week so i might of pack on some muscle.

had a little set back, i was splitting wood and cut my thumb off, everything is ok now, got pins in it but everthing should be good in about six weeks i hope.

im going to spend alot of time walking on the treadmill.

OUCH!!! Good luck with your recovery. I broke 3 fingers in August, 1 on my left, and 2 on my right and it took me awhile to recover. I continued to do pushing exercises though, and it kept me sane. Hopefully, your recovery will be quick.

Although the diet was the worst ever from friday-sunday due to being sick and stuck in bed because of it so no exercise and terrible diet with hardly any eating/drinking and when I did it wasnt really healthy food.

I'll try and get some pics and bf% up soon.

well i made my goal of 175 lbs. and 15% bf. weighed in at 171 lbs. but i im not sure on the bf last i checked it was 13% so all and all im very pleased. hope everyone else is happy with their progress. GREAT JOB EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!

Final weight 184 lbs, and 16% BF. I didn't reach my goals, but I'm happy that I did make some progress. I will post pics by this weekend. They are also starting up another thread for people who want to continue this contest. I think it is ALL STARS or something like that. Everyone who finished this initial competition is eligible.

Wow, that sucks, hope the recovery goes good.

My final weigh in is 217.5 lbs. My goal was 220 lbs, and I made it. I'll be getting updated body fat % and pics soon.

I will also update the team spreadsheets asap.
