So I took today off the gym, I just didn't want to do legs and have them be sore when I start work lol I stayed up until 4am last night and I assumed ok I will probably sleep till around noon easily. WRONG! I woke up at 8am and was like wide awake but forced myself to stay in bed until noon so I actually got 8 hours of "sleep". It was more like checking the clock every 20-30 minutes for 4 hours. I'm not gonna enjoy it but I just have to suck it up and do it.Workout Log

So I did my first night of graveyards last night, ended up going to bed at 8:15am and then woke up at about 2:30. I am starting to get a cold/sore throat and I just felt like **** during this workout. I haven't had a cold in like 1.5-2 years and this one is just starting so I HOPE it goes away. Haven't posted for a few days, I have done back/arms/hamstrings over the past 3 or 4 days but nothing really worth posting. The graveyards isn't that bad besides the fact I am thinking about going to work everynight now instead of going to bed. Today I went to the gym AFTER graveyards and did ham strings just to see how tired i would be, I just got in and out in 30-40 minutes and went to bed. I have taken a few days off, just don't feel like working out for some reason lately. Probably because I know it's leg day lol and I have almost zero motivation to do legs anymore. I used to hammer the **** out of my legs but now I just don't want to even touch them. My toe has been bugging me again (ingrown toenail that was once fixed but not anymore) so I am considering making a DR appt again and going to ask if I can get it removed because this is ridiculous.

That was a really good workout, had way more energy than yesterday. I decided to try 3 scoops of Neurocore today and that **** makes my face all tingly. It feels SO weird almost like my face is numb. When I don't wear straps my forearms get TOO pumped. Today my forearms were so pumped that it actually hurt. I swear I will have Phil Heath forearms if I continue lifting.
Went to the Doctors today and she said I should make an appointment with a podiatrist (foot doctor) and see if I can get my nail fixed, aka surgery on it.

My left bicep is still sore from training back 2 days ago, I was going to train arms yesterday but I thought it would be better by today and it still isn't. I have figured out if I do any type of neutral grip stuff for back it destroys my left bicep. My right one is completely fine but my left one gets owned. So with that being said I went a little bit lighter on my biceps.
