Pulled in the ANIMAL Cage
got called upon to fill a time slot in the Cage, decided to deadlift at 1:30. Tee Cummins squatted before I went so there was a lot of energy when I went.

Anyway, funny you're working on stronger quads, I've been working on the same thing because a recent video blames hips shooting up too fast out of the hole on quad "weakness".
