I dunno what a power pull is, I've got a video of wild pulls somewhere and I took a vid of marcus doing his today.
Wild Pulls:
basically quad light bands at an angle at the base of a rack, and do below the knee rack pulls, where the band is pulling you forward and down. Requires you to pull back hard to keep the bar in your hands.
It makes you work to keep the bar in close and it works one of my biggest weaknesses....its just a pain in the ass to setup and do so i rarely do them...but I need to more often.Last edited by isaku900; 11-17-2012 at 05:10 PM.

Can you expand a little on those weaknesses? My biggest weakness has always been power off the floor. Lately I feel like I'm pulling straight up and it's all in my lower back. After watching some videos and reading some articles, the prevailing thing in all of them that I don't seem to be doing is pulling back. I don't know why, but even when I'm thinking about it, it still just doesn't feel like I'm doing it.
