Been noticing a lot of TKE's recently. Have you tried peterson step ups as well. Another very good knee health movement. I do both quite a bit on my off days.

Umm, not that often, I am now because I'm trying to recover from an injury, I think Cliff and the girls were because they're doing meets within the next few weeks. As we get closer to a meet, we tend to use less contrast and more free weight.
