    Any good free workout logs or training aids out there. BB.com has a customizable workout log that is not bad just wondering if you independant guys make your own or what?

    Actually Gymjournal.com has a pretty good log function. You build the routine and you can tweak it, copy someone else's, have people critique yours, etc. But there are far fewer members on that site than on this one. The functions are good (rep graphs, diet & workout logs, etc), but the board isn't very active. I don't think they have a lot of members.
