This log will be used to record macros of my meals I eat. I am not sure I will use this like my workout journal and post all my meals here. However, I will post my meals that I make so I can have accurate macros for them.
I am getting all my data from www.calorieking.com, good information to be found there!

Breakfast Meal
This is my main breakfast meal.
2 fried eggs, sunny side up
8 hard boiled egg whites (no yolk)
2 small peices of bacon
Macros
Total Protien: 47.6 grams
Total Fat: 22 grams
Total Carbs: 2.6 grams
I eat this twice a day as my first two meals of the day. I am pretty happy with this meal. I feel full.Hi JeNN!

New Breakfast and second meal

TOTAL FAT: 28.4
TOTAL CARBS: 2
TOTAL PROTEIN: 32.3
TOTAL CALORIES: 393
I need more fat so I will add bacon. Sad thing is this is perfect for my calories.
