I tried this out at random one morning because I was trying to shake up my carb-up snack-times and make them a bit more interesting. I was extremely satisfied with the results, and it can almost become addicting :P.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1 apple, sliced into small pieces
1/2 to 1 tbsp. of honey
Cinnamon
Just mix the sliced apples, oats, and honey in a bowl and sprinkle the cinnamon on top, and you're set! It tastes like apple crumble except without all the fattening stuff .
