He goes between fresh orange juice and watermelon juice, depending on the season.
i don't think he has a average body either, hes looking good.
He was a fruitarian before this and raw vegan before that, and he claims when you clean your body from all its toxins, e.t.c which takes time,
then your body will need less and less food - nutrition.Feeling Good

He's not particularly large, not particularly lean.
Looks good for a 'Mr average' though. Don't know how much he has to work to get that physique, but with effort I think anyone but a small minority posting here could obtain something like that physique (minus major genetic differences like arm length etc..).

does everyone think its impossible to have a body like that, with only consuming fruit juices ?
i mean is it actually impossible ?
im sure he has good genetics,
does anyone know of anybody that has very little calories and protein but still has a muscular body ?
theres another thread about ' how people thousands of years ago had good muscular bodys without eating a whole lot of food '
i guess know one knows if thats actually true or not though.Feeling Good

I think he looks pretty good. I know a few people who are fruitarian, and consume around 1,000 calorioes daily give or take a couple hundred, and they have ideal physiques. I do believe he is correct in saying the cleaner your body is the more your body is able to assimilate the nutrition from your food. I for one have fasted for 30 days and lost nothing but 14 pounds of water and fat, afterwards I was fit, very energetic, and felt better than ever(after the third day not even hungry). Even today I stay fit, and keep my weight around 182 with less than 2,000 calories a day. I don't think anyone knows what is correct for everyone, but by saying it can't be done is just ignorant. Your mind is a powerful thing, and so is your body, and if you adapt you can do anything. I would never go on a juice only diet, but how can I ever knock this guy, and say he's lying when I haven't never tried what he is doing.

1. The muscle he has was not built while he was a 'fruitarian'
2. Holding on to existing muscle is pretty easy.
3. He's probably on steroids.
4. He's probably lying.
5. He probably has amazing genetics.
Mix and match any combination of the above.*CEO crew*
