and if theres no proof of the diet working, then wdf your saying you will put your trust in something that has no reasearch in the area?
"A search by Sanitarium of more than 4,800 scientific journals in the National Library of Medicine Medline database failed to find a single study that supported the theory that carbohydrates need to be cut out after 5pm in order to lose weight. There are also no health authorities that endorse this type of approach."
you read the article its titled myth buster for a reason
"It is not the time of day that foods are eaten, but a combination of the total amount of foods, what the foods are made up of, the amount of activity taken over a day and general health that cause weight gain. If there is a balance of food intake and physical activity over a day, body weight remains stable."
if your inactive for a few hours of sleep your not going to become magically overweight the next morning
ive eaten bowls of pasta before bed, no bloating or any fat gain everyone is different obviouslyLast edited by bottlepoppin; 12-25-2008 at 07:16 PM.

Nutrition And Diet
In today's world, the internet is awash with diet suggestions and advice, some of which may be generic while others may be plain false. It's important to remember that everyone's diet and nutritional needs are different, depending on their lifestyle, blood type, age, sex, and other health issues. It's best to get assistance from expert nutritionists to come up with a healthy eating plan .
