So I was talking to my bro the other day and showed me with bottle of "H4" that he said he bought from GNC. He said it was in the back and he had to ask about it...
Can't find anything searching google about it.
Bottle has www.mindbodyinnovations.com on it, and I found no such reference to this product there...
I have attached 2 images of the bottle.
So whats the deal on this stuff?? I can't find any info.

so moral of the story is that it's basically the same as Halodrol-50. When taking this supplement you need to be conscious of the strains on your liver and used some sort of protection regimen. Taking it for 2 weeks, training about 7 hours of HIT per week is the way to go. Some people take it longer, must most plateau in gains after 2 weeks. Results are dramatic, thought there is generally some slightly bloating. A reduction in fat can also be seen when taking this product in accord with a good diet and cardio.
