    As of yesterday I lost 47 lbs...3 lbs away from 50.
    My goal weight before I go on a bulk is about 185 lbs cut and ripped!
    So that is another 103 lbs!

    And as for getting weaker, did not happen yet. I will have to wait and see.

    honestly bro, you probably won't get weaker, that really only happens if you cut the wrong way or start dipping way below your set point

    man knock some of those suckers off the free weights! tell um to get out of the way for someone who knows whats goin on! i had to do it today with a squat rack curler. Dude was curlin the bar in the power rack and i made him move to a bench station. cant do my band skwats anywhere else!

    In all honesty I don't care but my wife feel uneasy about it when she works out with me!
    Since she can't work out now, I just go about my business and let them stare

    Dude, I like o do my curls in the rack, but I always move when someone asks. Boot em out next time. That sounds almost as aggravating as needinga machine while someone sits in it between sets and wont let you work in. I always get up and let someone work in.

    haha theres only a bried period of like a couple hours when im not pissed at snow. then after that its like ok cool go away now! but it doesnt. it just kinda turns to brown slush and sits there... LIKE AN IDIOT!!
