    3. Be patient and enjoy the process not just the results.
I would say in fact that number 3 is the most important. At least to me.
Thanks for the advice, Nutrition is probably the hardest for me. Its hard to get in enough calories to gain weight, Do you have an recipes? I know that you work for a sup company but how important do you think sup's are? Are there any that you would say are essential? And I would have to agree with your third statement I started out only caring about results but it didn't take long for me to really start to enjoy lifting. Again, thanks for the advice.

    My favourite is:
1 and 1/2 to 2 scoops muscle milk
    1/2 cup egg whites
    1/2 cup oatmeal (dry)
    This combo is my favourite.

A multi and fishoil should be a staple for everyone.
Protein is also a must for most. I love Purple Wraath but can't say its essential though I think it can really help.

Do you think getting enough sleep is as crucial as nutrition and lifting? From personal experience, I think I make more gains getting around 8 hours of sleep. Its something most people overlook.

    Tiberwolf,

I read some parts of your blog about bulking etc.

Do you think its essential to keep everything 100% clean or do you ever eat fast foods or other dirty snacks, you mention that you eat whoppers, is that used to or still do?

I would love to have some dirty food its been about a year.

Sleep is definitely essential. I think what allows me to train 10-12 times per week is I have the luxury of being able to arrange my schedule that I can take a nap every afternoon.

Damn timberwolf, just wanted you to know that I think you've got a body most kids dream of having when they grow up (no homo)
I think it's good that you're not too huge, I'd rather be able to wear dress shirts without having my muscles pop out of them in public.

Eating clean is optimal healthwise but I don't think is necessary if your main concern is body recomposition... gaining more muscle, decreasing bodyfat.
While its better to bulk 100% clean, its also very difficult to and may be costly. I would suggest if bulking on say...4000 calories... maybe aim for 2500-3000 calories clean and the rest just get your calories and macro quantities from any source.

Check his log, it's very updated with workouts and he posts his food for the day once in awhile.

It's a great log to check to get some ideas though certainly don't copy it. Unless you think you could handle 10-12 hardcore workouts a week
I'll stick to 4 for now, copying him would burn me out so bad...
