why do they have the inner grip and outer grip? do it work different parts of the bicep? and the pic is to make sure i am being clear in my description, btw

other way around actually...bob chicherillo always uses the "working opposites" examples in his videos and stuff, when you have a close grip, you work the outer head, a wider grips works the inner head. Same goes for your grip when training back...close grip works outter, wide grip works inner back.
