Still feeling a nice full feeling, almost like a slight pump. Feels good

No major changes, but i do feel slightly more aggressive at the gym, which is making me want to keep going!
Mentality:
I've noticed a relaxed but ready to blow the fck up kind of mentality. Its like i'm chill outside of the gym, but when i want to i am able to just flip a switch and kick some ass. Its pretty crazy, almost like controlled aggression.
Libido:
Slight increase, but too little to attribute to Activate Xtreme.
Last Nights Sleep:
8.5 hours, solid. I also had some CRAZY dreams. Could be related to Activate...
Water Intake:
1.5 gallons
Anything else:
Appetite is increasing. I'm hungry all the time!

Still got a nice full kind of feeling. Feeling STRONG.
Endurance:
No major changes.
Mentality:
Aggressiveness is slightly more evident, i was relaxed but was aggravated quite easily.
Libido:
Still a slight increase. Nothing major though.
Last Nights Sleep:
10 hours, it was great
Very vivid dreams again.
Water Intake:
1 gallon
Anything else:
-Facial acne is getting slightly worse, i'll keep a close eye on it.
-Hunger is still on the rise

I'm starting to notice a slight increase in my muscular endurance. I feel like i'm able to just keep going!
Mentality:
Holy ****!!! I was tired and kind of out of it before hitting the gym. I should have stim'd up or something, but i didn't. I got in and started benching. My bench weight was ****, i was hoping to rep out 160 but 155 felt pretty heavy. After that i got extremely pissed, like i seriously got in the zone. I started repping out my bent over rows like they were nothing and broke my previous PR by 10lbs!! I've never been able to just "Switch it on" like that

So i got lucky yesterday
My girlfriend is back in town and she dropped by late last night.

Ever since I moved in with people, they started sayin I get testy and have all these mood swings.
What they don't realize is that they're idiots who need to learn how to clean....and how to stop cock blocking, and maybe then I wouldn't be so mad at them all the time.
But anyway, your diet looks solid. I really like that you don't disregard fat in the slightest. Fat is so vital when weightlifting imo.
Either than that, keep working hard.

Recovery seems to be picking up! Not sore form yesterday, but my back is feeling damn tight/full.

Really relaxed and destressed, had a good day today. Had a nice "clear" mind state.

Sleep seems to be getting deeper everyday! I've been having Extremely vivid dreams also...

The full body pumps are a huge benefit of ACTX that most people seem to forget. As long as you increase thyroid hormones or metabolism hunger is going to increase. It really sucks when your fat and can eat anything at anytime to begin with. Thank god there is Adrenalean.

Recovery/Muscular Fullness:
Muscles still feeling nice and full, and my recovery is great! Usually i'm sore for about a day to two days after a heavy workout but i'm not getting too sore at all! (Which works perfect because i'm hittin each muscle twice a week )
Endurance:
I'm starting to see an improvement in strength between sets. My muscles have always fatigued very fast but my strength seems to stay more consent between sets
Mentality:
I've got to figure out how to "Flip the switch" on my aggression in the weight room! For my squats i was my normal self but then when i failed on my last i got EXTREMELY PISSED, and then came he PRs!
Libido:
Staying consent at a slightly higher level, but when the time comes to get it up i'm getting some freaking ROCK hard boners.

Quick Question to DS Reps: I woke up this morning and my nipples were slightly pinkish and itchy, they still are kinda itchy if i touch them. It doesn't really hurt, but it feels kinda weird if i press down... (No lumps/bumps under it). Anything to be concerned with?

NB - Itchiness is probably a coincidence. Even if your nipples do itch, that is NOT gyno. Gyno is formed with a lump under the nipple...if you had grown one, I'd be concerned, but no one has developed gyno while on AX.NSCA-CSCS and CPT
