The Workout:
(3 Warmup sets/Exercise not shown)
Bench Press(Flat): 145x8, 145x8, 150x6 (20sec break) + 4
Bent Over Rows: 150x8, 150x8, 150x8
Military Press: 105x8, 110x7, 105x7.5
Barbell Shrugs: 205x8, 205x8, 205x8
Hanging Leg Raises: BWx20,20,20
Cardio: 10min Pre workout, 15min Post workout
Recovery/Muscular Fullness:
Cant really say much, its only day one
Endurance:
I've got a cold right now So that actually hurt my endurance a little bit today.
Mentality:
My concentration was oddly good all day today? I'm not sure how fast the Rhodiola Rosea takes to kick in though, it may have just been a placebo...
Libido:
I don't really expect to see a change till the end of at least week one, we'll see though
Last Nights Sleep:
Not bad. I got 9 hours and woke up twice at night. I'm curious to see if the Activate Xtreme will help me sleep thorough the night!
Water Intake:
On track for 1.5 gallons
Anything else:
No to much else going on. I've fighting of a little cold right now so hopefully that will go away by Wednesday!!(I'll hit the gym nice and early on Christmas Eve!! I'll also hit some cardio tomorrow.
Just another side note. I have no clue if its related to the Activate or what, but my balls have felt heavy since this afternoon. Not in a bad way, just... heavy? lol i dont know...

Day 2
The Workout:
Well today was an off day/cardio day. I got in about 1.5 hours of cardio in the form of shoveling my driveway...twice. lol and its still snowing!!
Recovery/Muscular Fullness:
I'm "tight" from my workout yesterday. I wouldn't say i'm more/less sore than normal though...
Endurance:
Couldn't really judge it today. I didn't get tired shoveling the snow though
Mentality:
I seem really layed back and de stressed today. This may be due to just being back home and off though
Libido:
No change so far
Last Nights Sleep:
Got 8 hours and woke up twice, nothing far from usual.
Water Intake:
1 gallon today. I kind of slacked. (I aim for 1.5)
Anything else:
Not much to report on. I still have a cold, but its not too bad. I'll be heading to sleep soon though so i can rest up and hit the gym early tomorrow. It's probably going to be packed because its got shorted hours 8-12

Just got back from my workout. It wasn't too bad, but working out all congested is hell. hah i usually never get sick, but the one time i do is when i really don't want to (for the log/Activate)... figures.
whatever, hopefully i'm 100% by friday. Tomorrows an off day for CHRISTMAS!! If i'm feeling ok i might wake up damn early and hit some cardio before the family wakes up (Yes, i plan on eating Christmas cookies. ) lol

Not really sore from my workout Monday anymore. Nothing new to report muscular fullness wise
Endurance:
Muscles felt pretty good today. I'm pretty sure i could have gone heavier if it wasn't for my damned cold.
Mentality:
Another calm and destressed day. I think it may possibly be from the Activate Xtreme. I'm usually a pretty wound up person lol
Libido:
No change so far. I'm not going lie though, my testis do feel bigger
Last Nights Sleep:
9 hours, and i had some CRAZY dreams!

Nothing much
I did manage 30min of cardio before the family woke up though!
Recovery/Muscular Fullness:
Upper body is fully recovered. Lower body is sore though
Endurance:
No major changes.
Mentality:
Feeling pretty good. I'm noticing a slightly better mood, very relaxed.
Libido:
No change so far

7 Hours, no interruptions.

Recovery/Muscular Fullness:
WOW. I woke up today and felt my arms and let out a WTF!?! They felt almost pumped. I got up and then came to notice that my whole body felt "heavy" (in a good way). All my muscles feel like "strong" all of a sudden, like there ready to go at any time. I like it.
Endurance:
No major changes.
Mentality:
Again, related to the muscular fullness, I feel strong physically and mental. Today in the gym i felt extremely motivated to try and lift heavy, very aggressive...
Libido:
No change so far
Last Nights Sleep:
8.5 hours. Very deep, woke up only once. (PR!!) lol
Water Intake:
On track for at least 1.5 gallons...
Anything else:
-Slight increase in facial acne under my nose, not totally out of the ordinary though.
Also, i was wondering if any one had any advice for me on my bench. For most Flat bench in the stronger lift, but i feel like my Incline is almost catching up to it, and has the potential to beat it. Any reasoning for that? Does that show that my middle chest/lower chest may be lagging?
