Cheers dude; strangely enough the scales still say 196! On the one hand its very frustrating but even I have to agree the pics do show a change so I am not too upset (emphasis on the TOO lol)
Now that I have increased cals to around 2K lets hope either pics or scales show some change for the better.
Cheers dodgeman!

I just saw yours progress pics - you've made excellent progress so far!
One thing I wanted to point out is, the High Fat/Moderate Protein is fine but, you might notice that the bulk of your calories are coming from fats - which limits the amount protein you might be able to fit into your diet. Switching over to High Protein/Moderate Fats will guarantee that you'll be getting sufficient amounts of both to maintain and possibly build more muscle. *just a thought*
Btw, I wanted to say - Thank You!
You're always so positive, supportive, and encouraging - not only to me but, to everyone!

Hey, your meals are not boring! You should mine the last couple of days. How long have you been on keto now? Consistently?

Hey mygame; started keto around the 1st properly. carb up is every 2 weeks.
I am actually thinking about a 3 week carb up as I seem to just put back all that I lost and it takes me ages to lose it all again but have read from here that we need the carb up; still not sure.
Today's log:
AM - 30min cardio
M1 - 5 eggs and 2 bacon
M2 - 2 sausages
M3 - tin salmon and asparagus
M4 - 2 frankfurter hotdogs
M5 - 200g mine meat and veggies
Total 1,970cals 149.2gF (65%) 13.9gC (5%) 135.7gP (30%)
PM - rest
Low on the protein but was out on the road most of today.

Oh ok...nice! I was just curious how long. Seems like it is working well for you!
The carb-ups are, imo, up in the air and different for different people. I will tell you what I have been told. Do not carb up unless you feel as though you have to. I am going on 3-4 weeks...none yet. Just NOW seeing nice progress...I mean other than the water weight and the initial crap leaving your body!Come Join My New Group: "BIGGEST LOSER CLUB"

Yeah, I am trying a longer carb up this time. This saturday would be 2 weeks but I have decided to hold off my carb up till valentine's as me and wifey are going out (she would kill me if I sounded weird at the restaurant!!! lol) so it would be 3 weeks and will see if any changes in the strength side of things.
On a scary note though; had a tiny bit of chocolate today that almost turned into a frenzy!! LOL the human body and mind is so amazing; I just felt like going to the shops and getting a whole tub of chocolate and ice cream!!! LOL
Did not though but def went over cals today. I do not think I did enough to throw me out of keto anyway; just tasted so nice though.
Okay today's log:
AM - 45min cardio
M1 - 6 eggs in butter
M2 - 2 sausages and 1 frankfurter
M3 - pwo whey in water
M4 - Mince meat and asparagus
M5 - tin salmon and spicy mayo (nice!!)
Total 2,059cals 142.7gF (63%) 11.9gC (3%) 171.4gP (34%)
This does not include the "evil brown balls aka chocolate!!!" so I would say around 2200cals in total.
PM - back, abs and cardio
DLs 3x100kg (8,8,6)
db rows 3x38kg (8,8,8)
lat downs 3x72.5kg (8,8,8)
cg rows 3x72.5 (8,8,5)
abs - 3x20crunches
20mins cardio
Was a good day in the gym; I must say back is my favourite part to work. I seem to be able to keep pusing without fear for injury; something I can't do on chest except with a gym buddy around for safety.
Right, all for now. Wifey is in Poland with work so me and my son are having a boys night!!! LOL no cooking for him; Macdonalds, staying up late and sleeping nude! lol
This is the life! until the boss gets back tomorrow."It's all about getting back up"

Just spotted your progress pics and you're in much better nick than me! I've got too much stubborn fat that'll take a lot of work to burn.
You should hit a front and rear double bi shot and post it up, guaranteed you'll look decent.
You've got a good balanced build there, rip it up and you'll look awesome!
Stay strong....
