sure it will. lots of people dont do the deadlift to build the deadlift.
not sure what ur plan is but
id opt for squatting twice a week with rackpulls for assistance on one of those days.
rather than squats one day and racks the other.Pitza: i gotta take a dump and lift soon, all alone. damn training partner.
