Dont feel bad man, most of us were skinny at some point.. others were adding to the obesity problem.. and some of us were fortunate enough to have started with an mesomorphic body type, which is best for bodybuilding.. anyway, think on the plus side.. at least you dont have to worry about loosing a sh*t load of fat to see results...

Been hitting the bar bell bench press lately but last time I did it I was doing 4 sets of 8 reps with 75's per arm.
I could probably do that with 85-90 lbs now per side, barbell bench has flown up, same with all chest exercises.1k+ people.

I love it when people claim to use dumbbells that they probably can't even lift of the rack.
When I first started I did 35x5 (yes very weak/malnourished). I haven't dumbbell benched in a few months, but I think I could probably do between 80 and 100lbs for a few reps.
I think I might actually be able to dumbbell bench more then my barbell bench. My incline is like that.

if you're talking about flat db bench press i can hit 110's for 5... our dumbbells don't go past 110s so i have to keep increasing on the rep side lol.
