A girl asked me today if i was on steroids. I told her no and asked why. She said it was because my abs are crooked, and steroids do that. I didn't bother correcting her.

a guy i met at rei last thursday said he works out his chest "hella hard" so i was curious(the guy had no mass on his chest but still wanted to hear)
I asked him what the workout was--
20 pushups
5 clap pushups
20 pushups
5 clap pushups
done
thats it. He was pretty pumped that he can do 10 total clap pushups...

when i told me friend i was starting creatine, he said "Ha i knew u took steroids." he also thinks creatine (or "steroids") make u huge just by taking them.

My story was when I was on the leg press and was over 1000lbs(don't remember exactly) then this tiny ass asian woman comes up to me and say that I shouldn't be lifting that much cause I can hurt myself and should only lift 2x my body weight and said even that was pushing dangerous. I just laughed and told her to leave.

Some kid (300+ pounds, offensive lineman on our HORRIBLE football team [we went 1-9 this season]) said deadlifts were useless and cable exercises were better for isolating your shoulders.
Power cleans are more for showing off than building strength.
Squatting deep is bad for your knees (in his defense, he does go parallel. But he said ATG will wreck my legs)
