    what kind of food do you guys eat?

    im trying to bulk to 240+ in 2 years, i currently use a combination of real food, fast food, and weight gainers to get as many cals in as i possibly can.

    my question is what kinds of clean/semi clean foods do you guys eat that are high in calories? it seems like so many whole foods are so low in calories, and most of my calories end up coming from fast food or weight gainers.
    current-> goals by next year-> the year after that
    weight: 180-> 210-> 240
    bench: 240-> 295-> 365
    squat: 255-> 295-> 405
    deadlift: 365> 405-> 495

    oats, eat some ****ing oats. Ive said this in so many threads, take 2 cups of oats, put em in a blender, blend them till they are powder, put in 2 cups milk, 1 banana, 1 scoop protein powder. 1700-2000 cals 60g+ protein.

    right now im eating a ton of peanut butter, eggs, hamburgers, milk. Still doesnt seem like enough though. ill keep in mind to put olive oil on everything (that it wont taste like **** on obviously)

    Pastas, potatoes, and most breads are loaded with carbs and calories. Rice is a nice carb filler. Turkey, chicken, and fish are lean proteins so not as many calories as fattier red meats but lower risk of high bllod pressure/cholesterol. When I started my bulk I ate 12 cans of tuna a day, 6 bananas, 12 egg whites, a gallon of milk, and about 3 cups of rice a day. Avoid fast foods: their crap both in terms of nutrition and calories. Yes they have massive calories but have simple carbs and are mostly sugars which will actually be less beneficial than say spaghetti and meatballs which would have fewer calories. Go for complex starches like polysacharrides for better gym energy and focus. I hope this helps.

    I eat really whjatever I want righ tnow, just in big proportions.
    I start eating slightly cleaner the 1st when I start my new program.Gonna stop with the fast food, more veggies and fruits, plus more lean meats and only have the fatty beef like once a week(right now its like 3 times).Plus making sure I keep up with my cardio.Goal is to have abs back by the beach season(lol) at a 198 level.
