Well I don't really post bench videos often, so here is one. I wasn't going to post it here until someone else told me good form and then I though I would ask some of you guys about it.
My ass does stay on the bench. It doesn't look like it, but I have a FAT ass, so it is on there.
Anything I should work on to increase my bench? Am I touching too high/low?

Nice pants
Only thing I can see an improvement on is your footing, you could get your feet waay further under yourself for more drive6' 215 lbs

the only thing with that is he might not be able to keep his feet flat. it looks really odd to me to bench like that too but hes a USAPL lifter so he has to keep his feet flat. definitely could get them a little further under him though and just point his feet outward

I'm wondering why your using wrist wraps for a lightweight? We have almost exactly the same bench, if your sig is still accurate(I'm at 270), and "heavy" to me doesn't come until 250+. It seems to me that using wrist wraps for all or most of your sets would be equivelant to wearing a belt for most of your workout, as in it's weakening your wrists. That's not too big a deal I guess, but every bit counts when you put a shirt on and try to control 100+ more.

I can do up to 90% or so with a super wide grip, normal grip for me is about 2 or 3" out from shoulder width, and it's never irritated my wrists, but that could just be me. Is that the issue at hand? Your wrists just don't move that way? If so, why bother benching that wide? If it's not reasonably comfortable, or if it hurts even with lighter weights, it might not be a good idea. My intention is not to be a jerk, this is a genuine inquiry.
