    13s 100m...my only recorded PR of 2 or 3 races...with bad form and sneakers...but we all start somewhere

    60s 400m...not an excuse but I had no idea what I was doing...fail to prepare = prepare to fail

    which is why i am eager to get into it again as I have improved

    got a 1.48 was wondering what is a good average.

    5.84 Long jump

    tore my ACL, last year I got
    12.7 100m
    ---- 200m
    54.?? 400m
    4.75 Long jump (most affected by knee, hurt myself on the first jump and was out for the rest of the day).

    This year my knee works perfect goals are
    sub 11 100m
    midd 22 200m
    52-53s 400m
    over 6m Long jump

    I think its all obtainable
