Have no problems waking up because I don't have any choice. Kids wake me up like clockwork every morning by 6am. Son wakes up throughout the night at least 1-2x. Daughter too now and wish it was at least at the same time but it's not.
Before kids I used to be in bed by 10pm and wake up at 4:30am to train by 5am. Then get ready for work and enjoy the day... I loved that schedule. I miss that schedule dearly. My Training Journal: http://tinyurl.com/jasons-journal

Always impressive to see you putting in work under highly sub-optimal conditions. I myself couldn't do it. Keep on trucking and good luck getting strong.

Notes: body wanted to badly to give up on me tonight. 275 was really really hard. felt like a 1RM. I was able to push 185 pretty darn good though after. 275 is ~90% but felt like 1000000% and 185 is ~70% but felt like 30%. Dat Der Priming da CNS. Though I feel like my CNS is shot. Find out tomorrow with max effort SQ/DL. Face has felt flush all night, second set of OHP felt like my body temp shot up and I puked. I think that's an indicator of overtraining... what ever. I don't have time for that crapMy Training Journal: http://tinyurl.com/jasons-journal

Mind you it was also with a Cambered Squat Bar... lol
I really hate that bar. I probably hate it more than the Safety Squat Bar. I can't do as much with the SSB but at least I know what it's going to do which is try and throw me forward. With the CSB it can be pretty chaotic and no idea which way it's going to sway you. That is as long as you let it sway and not hold on to the side bars.
Edit: Also if it makes you feel any better my SSB is over 80lbs and my CSB is over 70lbs but always count them as 65lbs for easy math and tracking...Last edited by Jason2459; 11-26-2013 at 07:56 AM.

lol thanks. Next pair of shoes to try will be the Inov8 Fastlifts
Thanks. We'll see how tonight goes with Max effort Benching. Sinuses are a bit better and just slightly conjested. Temp spiked yesterday but seems normal today so far. Headache is still there. Worse thing I'm feeling right now achyness EVERYWHERE down to the core of my bones and feeling very very dried out. I can't drink enough and seems to be making me thirstier the more I drink. My Training Journal: http://tinyurl.com/jasons-journal

Thanks guys. Next meet is January 25 or 26th. USAPL meet out in Lincoln. This one had quite few people lifting in it last year. I'd say over 80.
