Battery ran out on the camera. Got the beginning part at least to look at some form. Pretty happy with today as my PR on this is 405. Using less assistance on the GHR and forms getting better on the leg raises making them harder. Long weekend traveling out of state seeing in-laws. Way to tired to post this last night at what ever time it was that I got done. I just know it is getting way to cold, 28f here last night. It's going to get colder too so I just need to suck it up and stop complaining.
Feel like my form is off on the bench. Wrists are bending back which I know they shouldn't and I don't feel like I'm getting the right bar path or getting under the bar in the right position. Somethings off and will need to work on it.Last edited by Jason2459; 12-03-2009 at 05:40 AM.

Been wiped out lately and the days are runningn together. Back is super tight and sore. Just plugging away no matter what though. Sunday hit up some speed bench and hit 185x12x3 and some other stuff. Yesterday did 2" platform deadlift, about mid shin height, and worked up to 375 conventional and 415 sumo. Then did some other stuff. Supposed to get a blizzard today or tonight at some point. The bow bar bench I'm really close to my previous PRs and same with the suspended GMs. Weather's been in the balmy single digits to negetive degree's. Tonight was -1f. FUN!!!! Starting over again. Riding the roller coaster of life. Lost my grandfather and best friend so took a week out to go visit family, got back and son and wife get some nasty virus and spike a temp of 103 w/ seriously bad headaches, and then week later I get it along with 24hours of dry heaves every hour on the hour.

Thanks. I really loved my previous job but it was time to move on as with everything else in life things must change at some point. The new job is certainly a lot more work but has a lot more rewards to go with it. Wife is certainly much happier staying at home with our son. She always has something planned out for them to do. Museums, science station, the zoo, library, play dates with other parents with their kids, etc...

Update I guess:
Wife got really sick...Because wife is pregnant and having a girl this time due in May and had the same complications as before with some different twists here and there this time around. Love my son and he's climbing everywhere as a little daredevil and makes it harder on the wife so trying to help every way I can and taking a lot of energy out of me along with taking on more and more responsibilities at work. I have been doing piddly little workouts here and there maintaining around 180lbs and not getting stronger that's for sure.
Wife is starting to feel better and I'm starting to workout more and more. I don't see myself being in a meet in 2011 but really want to by 2012. 2011 will be tough with another new one on the way and just hope we don't have to deal with colic for several months like our first one. I just hope to be back to where I was by the end of 2012. I still have my long term goals of 1675 unequipped by the time I'm 40 so I still have that burning in the back of my mind.
