First and formost thanks to Mark and Magnum for the opporutunity to test "Thrust". The history of the company and the impressive feedback I have read lead me to applying for the log. Mark is truely one of the top notch company owners and classy guys I have ever spoke with.

A little bit of about myself as my schedule with teaching school and coaching is very busy right now so I will try to make this log as accurate as possible updating daily for everyone.

I still train for performance and play in an adult mens league flag football league as well a mens basketball league. I am an athlete not a bodybuilder so size does not really matter to me or how much weight i am pushing.

    ON's 100% whey, ON's 100% Casein,
    Glutamine
STIMS: Caffeine - Man's SCorch, Ergopharms Amp 2
Current Diet = about 3500 cals
My diet is pretty consistently healthy and primarily clean foods:

    Oats
    Peanut Butter
    Chicken/Tuna/egg whites/ omega 3 eggs, talipia,
    Whey/Casein
    Fruits: Blueberries-strawberries mostly
Veggies: Broccoli , spinach, green beans
Carbs- Oats, sweet potatoes, ezkeil bread, brown rice from time to time

    Current Daily water intake:
    1.5- 2 Gallons
    Goals:
Long term Goals - 190 - 8% BF which is about a 15 pount weight gain
Short term goals- 5 lb increase of lean body mass on "Thrust" will aiding in recovery, strength increase and better sleep quality.

Supplement history (TEST BOOSTERS): Stoked, Activate, Mass FX, Ejaculoid, tribuloid, Tribulus, too many to remember.

I dont think the drowsiness is being caused by Thrust, but keep us updated on it! Thrust amplifies your REM sleep, but doesnt usually make people tired.

A few more nights and you should start to notice the deep sleep and crazy dreams!

    Days 3 and 4

Well so far not much to report will thrust . As this morning was only the 4th day on it, I did notice my workouts are lasting longer and my endurance is increasing. My cardio is still the same as endurance is fine also. I would say the biggest difference I have seen in the 4th day is the quality of sleep I am getting. I have been getting 3-4 hours of sleep the last couple nights and I am waking up feeling very good and refreshed. Weight this morning was abotu 168.
    WOrkout this AM
    35min cardio

    Weight workout-Back and light shoulders
    Pullups -BW 5 sets 8,6,6,6,4
    BB Press - 5x 8-10
    DB Rows 4x 6-8 w/ 70lb DB's
    Upright rows 4x 8-10
    Seated Rows 4x 8-10
    Rear Delt flys 4x 10
    Lat Pull down 4x 8-10
    Maching Shoulder press 4x 8-10
    Ski Pulls 5x 8-10

    Core
    Decline Crunch 4x failure
    Hang Leg Raises 4x failure

On this workout I would do a Back exercise and right into a shoulder exerciese without any type of break, I got a great pump and i was dripping thats for sure.

Cardio was great and endurance was very good, I have upped cals by about 300 last week which is helping out a great deal. Incline DB Curls 5x 10-12

    Core
    Body Rollouts 4x failure
    Bosu Ball crunch 4x 20-25

Overall very good workout, caught up on some sleep this weekened which is always needed

Justin I know this is still early in the log, but have you taken any other sleep aids, or supplements that way maybe some of us can judge the effectiveness to other products on the market?

Thanks man, keep up the hard work. Wishing you, you family, and your basketball team the best of luck this holiday season.
