I don't get this mainstream thing. If you want mainstream, why not have regular skinny-fat 12 stone 5' 10" guys on stage posing? That's as bog standard, achievable and mainstream as you're going to get. The most achievable type of physique there is.
No effort, no concentration on diet, little to no weights and CV. So casual and mainstream. You'd fit in just right.My routine:
Mon - Biceps
Tues - Triceps
Wed - Biceps
Thurs - Triceps
Fri - Biceps
Sat - Triceps
Sun - Rest
You can't see back and legs, don't waste your time with that nonsense!
