Just did my bicep workout. Its now 3:53 am.. Time for bed. Really sore. You ever trained late night/early morning. I reckon gains are better training late. Imo. Laters

no way, would leave me with no where near enough time to eat!
i like to do workout, post workout shake (big, about 1000 kcal in my shakes) and then a few hours later a big meal with wholegrain rice and a portion of meat - then sleep!
gives my body loads of nutrients etc to use to grow whilst i sleep.-///M-
