If that's a power curl ... wonder what my max would be with that form. He even has a belt for curling like wtf. Plus try curling with the Olympic bar instead, I am not impressed at all. Plus you don't curl all the way up ****, he was using his shoulders too. I don't get these power lifters, they try to use anything just to make the lift.
